Growe Global is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Software Development Company with operations across North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia, with enterprise customers using their software across the globe.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with business leaders and their teams to provide full cycle recruiting support in our India region. You will be responsible for hiring top talent and creating an exceptional hiring experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for building pipelines of candidates for current and future openings whilst being creative in your candidate approach, bringing new strategic ideas to the table to build

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top IT and software engineering talent.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and innovative strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs for software engineering roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and leadership in the US to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and cultural fit for roles.
Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the IT and software engineering sectors.
Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the Indian talent market.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a focus on hiring IT and software engineering roles.
Proven experience recruiting for US AND./OR Global organizations or familiarity with global hiring practices.
Expertise in sourcing and assessing technical talent (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, QA Engineers).
Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines in a high-growth environment.
Experience in IT Services or Software Development Industry is mandatory.
Fluent in English, reading and writing.
