Key Responsibilities

 

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall mission and growth objectives.

  • Identify market opportunities and customer pain points to guide product innovation.

 

Product Development & Roadmap

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative products.

 

Customer-Centric Approach

  • Advocate for the customer, ensuring their voice is central to product decision-making.

  • Lead the development of customer personas and use cases to inform product strategy.

 

Leadership & Team Building

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the organization.

  • Drive cross-departmental alignment between product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

 

Financial & Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define pricing, go-to-market, and revenue strategies.

  • Manage product budgets and ensure timely delivery of initiatives within resource constraints.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 15+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP, SVP, or CPO) within a SaaS environment.

  • Industry Expertise: Proven success in Energy, Utilities, or Asset Management or Supply Chain technology sectors.

  • Leadership: Track record of building and scaling product teams in a high-growth setting.

  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to define and execute a transformative product vision.

  • Customer-Centricity: Deep understanding of customer pain points and ability to translate them into product opportunities.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to guide decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence with experience presenting to boards, investors, and other key stakeholders.
