Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall mission and growth objectives.
Identify market opportunities and customer pain points to guide product innovation.
Product Development & Roadmap
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative products.
Customer-Centric Approach
Advocate for the customer, ensuring their voice is central to product decision-making.
Lead the development of customer personas and use cases to inform product strategy.
Leadership & Team Building
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the organization.
Drive cross-departmental alignment between product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Financial & Operational Excellence
Collaborate with the executive team to define pricing, go-to-market, and revenue strategies.
Manage product budgets and ensure timely delivery of initiatives within resource constraints.
Qualifications:
Experience: 15+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP, SVP, or CPO) within a SaaS environment.
Industry Expertise: Proven success in Energy, Utilities, or Asset Management or Supply Chain technology sectors.
Leadership: Track record of building and scaling product teams in a high-growth setting.
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to define and execute a transformative product vision.
Customer-Centricity: Deep understanding of customer pain points and ability to translate them into product opportunities.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to guide decision-making.
Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence with experience presenting to boards, investors, and other key stakeholders.
